The home is an A1 Homes kitset home and has four bedroom two bathroom and a double garage.
The house features numerous heating options and was designed to suit the section and optimise the sun. Some changes on the original kitset design have proven to be assets in the house and are being utilised in a house to be built soon with the same kitset design.
